This provisional model contract has been developed to avoid every PCT having to develop a contract from scratch. It is important to emphasise, however, that it is only a model contract, a suggestion for PCTs. As such it will only serve a useful purpose to the extent to which its provisions are relevant within the particular local circumstances in which an OOH service is being commissioned.
