An exemplar conference has been set for the 5th of November. It will be held at the City of Manchester Stadium. Invites have been sent to exemplars and NHS Direct sites.

The aim of the conference will be to share much of the lessons learnt as a result of the exemplar programme.

This is an internal conference for members of the exemplar programme, and is by invitation only.
