The aim of the briefing events will be to give an overview of what activities will take place in relation to provision of the link, from the time that phase 1 participants are identified, through planning and implementation, to operational handover.

The Project Team will also outline the responsibilities of all stakeholders during the implementation process, and communicate the proposed timetable for phase 1 implementations.

Attendees should be drawn from across all stakeholder agencies connected to each link i.e. PCT, NHSD and OOH Providers.

We would like to keep attendees to a maximum of 5/6 'per link'.

The dates of the sessions are to be the 11th and 19th of August. Times and venues will be confirmed shortly, though the sessions will definitely be taking place in London. The Project Team are therefore requesting that applicants for phase 1 of implementation keep these dates available to attend one of the sessions.
